The community’s second established Condo Association, Riviera I, has membership which includes the homeowners of buildings 1-12, 15. Riviera I Monthly Assessments contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the Riviera I buildings, as well as, the shared elements and services. 

 

Both Condo Associations have the use of shared elements (e.g. pool) and the benefit of shared services (e.g. snow removal). Monthly Assessments of both Condo Associations contribute to the expense of the shared elements and services. Homeowners have the convenience of paying the Monthly Assessment to their own Condo Association. For a closer look at the operation of the Association, please view the budget.
